Position Overview
This full-time, on-site role is responsible for providing strategic and operational support across a wide range of human resources functions. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will collaborate closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals, foster a positive workplace culture, and drive organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent and ensure a seamless onboarding experience that sets new hires up for success.
Training & Development
Facilitate employee development through training programs, coaching, and conflict resolution. Promote continuous learning and professional growth.
Compensation & Benefits
Manage compensation and benefits programs, conduct performance and wage reviews, and ensure competitiveness through benchmarking and analysis. - Develop and maintain remuneration policies and salary structures. - Analyze job roles and compensation data to support strategic decisions. - Participate in and interpret compensation surveys to guide future planning.
Policy & Compliance
Create and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Maintain workplace safety standards and ensure employee handbook accuracy.
Employee Relations
Address employee concerns with professionalism and confidentiality. Conduct investigations, manage disciplinary actions, and support terminations when necessary.
Consultation & Advisory
Provide guidance on leave management, employment verifications, unemployment claims, and legal compliance matters.
HR Reporting & Analytics
Monitor HR metrics and KPIs, manage departmental budgets, and stay informed on emerging HR trends to inform strategic planning.
Organizational Development
Partner with leadership to develop standard operating procedures, enhance interdepartmental communication, and cultivate an innovative and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a HR Generalist or similar strategic HR role. * Proven experience in: - Organizational Development (3+ years) - Compensation and Benefits Management (3+ years) - Policy Development and Compliance (3+ years) - Consultation and Advisory (5+ years preferred)

Strong time management and multitasking abilities * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Effective written and verbal communication * Strong organizational and planning capabilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR-related software
