We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Performance Marketing Campaign & Insights Manager to drive lead generation, SEO strategy, attribution management, and funnel reporting across Burn Boot Camp system and Burn Brands, including Burn Nutrition, Burn On Demand, and Kids Camp. This role will focus on optimizing performance through full-funnel campaigns, driving membership growth, and ensuring data integrity at both the franchise and system levels. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Full-Funnel Campaign Execution:
Manage and optimize full-funnel lead campaigns across digital (CRM, paid social, paid search, organic search, organic social, influencer programs, web) and traditional (in-gym, local marketing) channels. Collaborate with internal teams, creative partners, and media agencies to deliver high-performing campaigns that align with growth goals. Analyze funnel velocity, conversion metrics, and attrition to identify optimization opportunities. Leverage A/B testing and data insights to refine targeting, creative, messaging, and channels continuously. Coordinate with operations to align funnel strategy with the master calendar, asset development timelines, and campaign milestones across seasonal, promotional, and brand initiatives. Performance Measurement & Optimization:
Own reporting and analysis for campaign and SEO performance, including lead volume, CPL, CPA, ROAS, funnel conversion, and organic traffic growth. Use data to identify optimization opportunities and build testing roadmaps across audiences, creative, messaging, and channels. Monitor dashboards, attribution models, and reporting scorecards for real-time insights into campaign performance at various levels. Work with BI Architects to develop dashboards and share insights with leadership and teams. Analyze data to derive actionable insights and follow trends to optimize performance. Attribution & Reporting:
Manage attribution governance for Brand Fund and franchise locations, ensuring accurate UTM tracking and data integrity. Enhance dashboards and share insights across teams with BI support. Maintain UTM governance standards, documentation, and training for consistent tagging. Coordinate with Martech, franchise partners, co-op marketing, and agencies to support full-funnel attribution infrastructure. SEO Strategy & Performance:
Implement and optimize SEO strategies across websites and landing pages to boost organic growth. Conduct monthly audits and reviews with clear action plans for ongoing improvements. Paid Media & AI Integration:
Oversee paid media campaigns, optimizing for lead generation, CPL, and ROAS. Integrate AI tools to personalize acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts. Run data-driven tests to improve targeting and campaign performance, focusing on funnel velocity and conversions. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership:
Partner with cross-functional teams and agencies to enhance funnel performance. Serve as an internal subject matter expert on performance analytics and SEO. Support SEO governance, education, and best practices across marketing teams. QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years in performance marketing, campaign management, or digital media. Proven success in SEO, paid media, attribution, and funnel optimization. Proficient in analytics tools (DOMO, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau). Experience with predictive analytics and AI in marketing. Excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills. Data-driven problem solver with strong analytical and storytelling skills. Experience integrating predictive analytics into top-of-funnel strategies at scale. Franchise, fitness, or multi-location business experience is a plus. Agency management experience preferred.
