The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.
Principal Purpose of Position:
The Strategy Consultant plays a critical role in shaping the long-term direction and performance of the organization. This role partners closely with senior leaders across business units and functions to identify strategic opportunities, evaluate business challenges, and develop actionable recommendations that drive growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
Lead the development, prioritization, and implementation of strategic projects and initiatives that align with corporate priorities Collaborate with senior business leaders to design and execute effective business and enterprise strategic plans Support the development and implementation of long- and short-range business and strategy planning activities (including monthly, annual, or multi-year planning exercises) Facilitate cross-functional workshops and problem-solving sessions to align stakeholders and develop high-impact solutions Serve as both a liaison and strategic partner to the business leadership teams, conducting monthly strategic priority review meetings to align their goals and objectives, recommend solutions and help them identify areas of focus and opportunity Identify, utilize and create both traditional and modern strategy frameworks and assessment tools to analyze data and to understand challenges, opportunities and risks Work with other Strategy & Transformation team members to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate trends, opportunities and risks, including market research, competitor analysis, financial modeling and scenario planning Present and explain findings to the leadership team and key stakeholders in concise, impactful presentations Formulate and present plans for successful implementation of recommendations Monitor progress of key initiatives, establish KPIs, and track performance against strategic goals Serve as a trusted advisor and internal consultant to business leaders on high-priority strategic issues Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education and/or Training:
BS/BA in Business or relevant discipline required MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
Relevant Work Experience:
5-7 years’ experience in strategy consulting, corporate development or a strategic role within a complex organization Exposure to strategy execution, transformation, or change management Advanced/expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, project management tools and other applications

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $112,160.00 - $176,645.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
