Territory Manager, Roofing and Waterproofing

Territory Sales Manager
to serve as a key sales representative in a high-potential market. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, experienced in sales, and possess a proven track record. This role involves managing sales for our APOC, Pli Dek, and Polyset brands within the Chicago market. Responsibilities include prospecting and developing commercial sales, primarily engaging with installation contractors, distributors, and other key influencers such as general contractors, specifiers, and building owners. Account management will include A/R support, technical support coordination, estimating product usage, and working with the technical services department on project proposals. Regular customer visits and weekly reporting via our Sales Force CRM are required. Responsibilities
Act as the main contact for direct buying customers and key influencers in the territory Develop and execute a written business development plan for the industry and markets served Travel regularly within the territory as needed Conduct customer training through live demonstrations, remote learning, and educational presentations Review sales and lead generation reports to identify market opportunities Use industry specifications, building notifications, and plans to develop bid project pipelines Engage with business leaders and support teams to achieve objectives Perform regular customer follow-ups and sales reviews Participate in local roofing and waterproofing trade shows Experience Needed
Proven sales success Excellent verbal, presentation, and training skills Ability to work independently with clients to address sales objections Successful cold-calling experience within a territory, targeting both large and small clients in construction and installation markets At least 5 years of sales experience in roofing and waterproofing systems Construction experience as an installer is a plus but not required Experience with project specifications related to roofing and waterproofing is advantageous ICP Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer, welcoming applicants regardless of race, sex, color, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, genetic data, religion, or other protected classes.
