What You'll Do
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with software architects and senior engineers to design scalable and efficient solutions that meet business and technical requirements. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure software quality and identify and fix defects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and quality assurance, to deliver robust software solutions. Continuously enhance technical skills and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Contribute to code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and actively participate in improving coding standards and development processes. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues encountered in production environments. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest innovative solutions. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to work from our RiNo office 1-2 days per week.

What You Need
The Essentials
2+ years of professional experience as a software engineer. Solid programming and testing habits. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Go, Java, Python) and familiarity with web development technologies. An understanding of basic data structures, algorithms, and algorithm analysis. Strong understanding of software development principles, best practices, and design patterns. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a detail-oriented mindset. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about software development. Eager to learn new technologies and adapt to an ever-evolving software environment.
Nice to Haves
Experience with Golang. Experience with Elasticsearch. Experience with Cloud architectures and deployment technologies. Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS. Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and proficiency in SQL. Experience with generative AI concepts and tools.
