Job Description: As a Principal Cybersecurity Analyst (L4), you will be a senior technical leader within the Global Cybersecurity Operations Center (CSOC). Your role combines hands-on incident response, threat hunting, digital forensics, and strategic cybersecurity leadership. You will help shape CSOC strategy, working with the Head of CSOC to enhance detection, response, and intelligence capabilities to defend against threats. As a subject matter expert, you will stay ahead of cyber threats and attack techniques to ensure the CSOC's resilience. Responsibilities: Strategic Threat Defense & Security Roadmap: Define and refine CSOC strategy, evaluate detection frameworks, lead automation initiatives, develop KPIs, and advise leadership on cyber risk strategies. Incident Response & Threat Hunting: Lead complex incident investigations, conduct proactive threat hunting, perform forensic analysis, and develop detection logic. Cyber Threat Intelligence & Emerging Threats: Stay updated on threats, lead adversary tracking, and collaborate on threat intelligence integration. Security Engineering & SOC Enhancement: Improve security posture, lead automation projects, recommend detection technologies, and support security exercises. Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor analysts, conduct training, represent the CSOC in various forums, and develop security policies. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field. 10+ years of cybersecurity experience, including SOC operations and incident response. Expertise in digital forensics, threat intelligence, and security tools. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, OSCP, etc. Expertise in threat hunting, malware analysis, SOAR, cloud security, and leadership experience.
