Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic legal counsel on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, development, and joint ventures.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients across various industries, including real estate investment, development, and finance.

Qualifications:
