Chenega MIOS SBU Washington, DC Articus is seeking a Program Manager to oversee all technical and functional activities necessary for the successful management of this contract. One billet will be for Deputy Program Manager with the same responsibilities. The Program Manager shall ensure that a project management approach in-keeping with Federal and industry best practices is developed, implemented, and maintained for planning, organizing, managing, documenting, and closeout of all task orders awarded throughout the life of this requirement. Duties And Responsibilities
Management of all staff (onsite, offsite, and consultant) performance on contract and meets all requirements of the contract. Track and account for all government furnished equipment. Coordinate routine meetings with staff to address performance. Report any identified performance issues to internal and external customers. Ensure quality of all services to clients. Work with Finance and Accounting to ensure all contract invoices are submitted accurately and timely. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of program management experience with demonstrated growth in responsibility, including extensive experience managing contracts in a Federal government or industry in advanced development of medical products and devices. Experience in personnel management in contracts greater than 30 people. Experience working in Federal contracts that include both labor and ODCs. Experience with risk management and quality control. HHS Security clearance: Tier 2 required.
