Job Description Description: Ensure golf carts are charged, clean and fully stocked prior to next use Set up practice facilities (all ranges and short game) Load member golf bags when necessary in accordance with tee times Keep walkie-talkie ON PERSON to ensure communication with both inside and outside staff Routinely pick practice ranges/short game area and clean/return balls to ranges Maintain cart barn to highest standards of cleanliness and organization Complete other duties, as necessary (trash, sand bottles, etc.) Staff bag drop during operating hours to greet and assist members/guests upon arrival Clean members’ clubs at completion of round Report deviations of club policies to Professional Staff for them to take action Provide knowledge of golf standards and monitor the location of members and their guests Ability and willingness to learn members’ names and greet them Requirements: Ideally, either play golf or have worked in golf previously Able to be on your feet for the duration of your shift Able to lift 30-40 lbs General knowledge of golf operations is ideal A service-oriented mindset; project a sense of being approachable and professional Comfortable engaging and interacting with members Ability to be self-aware Self-motivated with the ability to be proactive A dedication to helping maintain golf facilities Must have valid drivers license

Schedule (AM or PM Shift): Monday to Friday Weekends (Mandatory - 4 weekend shifts a month) Holidays, when necessary Overtime available
