Responsibilities: • Provide expert-level guidance on complex system challenges, including problem definition, analysis, and solution implementation. • Lead requirements development for new systems or enhancements to existing infrastructure. • Advise leadership on organization-wide system improvements, optimizations, and maintenance strategies. • Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials following instructional systems design (ISD) and adult learning principles. • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to enhance team proficiency. • Create technical documentation, best practice guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Evaluate existing workflows and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements. • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and organizational policies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. Qualifications: Required: • Must have a Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration). • Should have at least seven years of direct experience in different databases as a subject matter. • Proven track record in system analysis, requirements development, and process improvement. • Experience in designing and delivering technical training programs.
