Tax Manager

You’ll manage tax compliance and planning for pass-through entities, provide tailored state and local tax advice, and assist clients with complex transactions such as buying or selling businesses. Additionally, you’ll lead monthly financial reviews and help clients track key performance indicators to optimize business outcomes. As a mentor, you’ll guide junior staff and improve internal workflows by integrating technology and best practices. Collaboration and communication are essential as you partner with clients and colleagues to deliver exceptional service. What You Bring: CPA or EA designation with 5+ years in public accounting Strong knowledge of tax laws affecting pass-through entities Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships Experience managing engagements and leading teams Excellent analytical and communication skills Seniority level
