Job DescriptionJob Description Residential Construction Superintendent - Mamaroneck, NY $105,000 total compensation ($90,000 base salary + $15,000 performance bonuses) We are seeking a Residential Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will be responsible for managing residential construction projects ranging from $200k - $500k in size from start to completion. Responsibilities: Plan and Coordinate Sub-Contractors Direct and Lead foremen and carpenters Maintain required project documents Ensure project deadlines and costs are met Serve as a liaison between clients and designers Administer company standards & construction methods Qualifications: Strong communication skills is a must 5+ years of experience in Residential
