Job Description Company Description: We are an end-to-end Renewable Energy provider, offering products to commercial and enterprise clients in EV Charging solutions, Fleet Electrification, Solar Micro-grids, Energy storage, Hydroponic farming, and Rain Water/Grey Water collection systems. We have been experiencing tremendous growth in all these areas and operate under several government rebate programs that ensure a steady and reliable flow of revenues. Our company handles the entire process of providing these products and services, including Sales, Provisioning, Design and Engineering, Contracting and Construction, Servicing, and Maintenance. We are a licensed C-10 contractor with construction crews operating in various areas of CA and soon across the U.S. Overview of Position: We are seeking experienced Foremen for several jobs in CA. Responsibilities include: Managing a crew of 5–10 workers Reading and interpreting drawings, blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications to determine equipment installation layouts Supervising trenching for utility conduits, directing operators on backhoes, backfilling, and underground scanning Supervising pouring and finishing concrete pads for switchgear, electrical chargers, bollards, paving, and overhead EMT conduit placement Managing electrical resources on-site Arranging and coordinating safety meetings Delegating tasks to crew members Being the point of contact with the site superintendent Training apprentices as required Maintaining a safe work environment following company and OSHA safety standards Controlling inventory on trucks, at the job site, and in stock for active jobs Organizing and maintaining material lists Gathering necessary materials Maintaining company tools Inspecting jobs upon completion and ensuring cleanliness Collaborating with principals and supervisors to complete projects Responding to emergency calls as needed Updating work logs and client accounts, handling administrative duties Communicating professionally with clients Taking AHJ inspections and following up with utilities Secondary Functions: Interpersonal Skills: resolving conflicts, maintaining confidentiality, proactive issue resolution Written Communication: clear, audience-aware, adaptable writing skills Building a positive team environment Time Management: prioritizing and planning effectively Professionalism at all times What We Offer: Salaried position Up to two weeks of PTO Medical and Dental insurance Company truck with credit card Leadership opportunities with multiple crews Room for growth Zero Impact Builders is an equal-opportunity employer.
