Sodexo is seeking a passionate and experienced
Executive Chef 3
to lead culinary operations at
HCA Good Samaritan Hospital
in
San Jose, CA
. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll bring innovation, excellence, and a patient-centered approach to healthcare dining. As the culinary leader on-site, you’ll oversee all aspects of food production, elevate the patient and guest dining experience, and drive team performance in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. What You'll Do Lead all culinary operations, including patient dining, retail food outlets, and catering
Develop and execute creative, nutritious, and visually appealing menus that meet patient needs and exceed expectations
Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards
Manage food and labor costs to meet financial targets
Train, mentor, and inspire a diverse culinary team
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support patient satisfaction and wellness initiatives
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in food quality and service delivery

Salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education, and training.
