The Sr IS Technical Trainer is an expert in their application areas, including Epic's billing applications. They are responsible for developing and updating training curricula, materials, and classroom environments, as well as maintaining online training resources. They work closely with IS Technical Trainers and application teams to ensure effective training delivery and to address updates impacting users. Responsibilities
Create curriculum and materials for training sessions Prepare technical trainers for facilitating and teaching Maintain training environments Create and maintain online training resources Manage the Rush Learning Management System Enroll users in training sessions Provide application support for staff Coordinate and facilitate application training sessions Comply with policies and procedures Complete other duties as assigned Requirements
Bachelor’s degree Relevant application certifications Experience creating training curricula and materials Experience maintaining training environments Proficiency with technology and common programs Excellent written and oral communication skills Preferred Qualifications
