JOB DESCRIPTION The Vice President of Digital Analytics will lead a team responsible for supporting Caesars Digital. In concert with senior leaders across iGaming, Sports, Marketing, Product, Technology, Data, Finance, and Customer teams, this individual will provide insights into all facets of marketing, pricing, product, and finance operations across Caesars Digital. This individual will identify opportunities to grow the business and communicate findings to a wide range of stakeholders, focusing on implementation and profitability. KEY JOB FUNCTIONS Oversee all analytical and reporting functions of Caesars Digital, including but not limited to: Conceptualize, conduct, and lead analysis and modeling (e.g., LTV / CPA, multivariate testing, price optimization, VIP host sizing / allocation, product merchandising optimization, churn / at-risk scoring) Serve as Data Integrity subject matter expert Produce and refine performance reports with insights for operational reviews and senior-level presentations Develop industry-leading analytics in areas such as cross-platform conversion, marketing personalization / CRM, VIP prospecting, and hold optimization Monitor the competitive landscape to identify industry best practices Communicate analyses, conclusions, and recommendations clearly to facilitate buy-in from stakeholders and senior executives Hire, develop, and mentor staff to ensure best practices are adopted enterprise-wide Contribute to the thought leadership within the Analytics department Identify and mitigate regulatory, financial, and compliance risks Promote a culture of honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior Create an engaged, compliant, and supportive work environment EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience; a quantitative (. STEM) major is preferred but not required; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus Experience in management within digital organizations, Analytics or Strategy teams, FP&A with broad geographic scope, or consulting with a focus on execution and implementation; at least 5+ years in financial analysis or operations research modeling Strong analytical skills with a broad business perspective; entrepreneurial mindset is highly desirable Technical proficiency with data analysis tools, MS Office, large databases, SQL, Tableau, and Google BigQuery (preferred) QUALIFICATIONS Strong analytical skills, data aptitude, and creativity in problem-solving Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consensus-building skills; ability to communicate complex concepts to all levels including senior executives Leadership and mentoring capabilities; ability to develop key organizational relationships Ability to work under deadlines, manage multiple stakeholders, and prioritize effectively Strong leadership and motivational skills, with experience managing a focused, career-minded team Highest integrity standards, especially in a regulated environment
