The Firm provides bespoke investment solutions across almost every asset class, in a planning driven culture, advising on estate and tax planning, trust administration, wealth transfer, business succession planning, bill pay, philanthropic advisory and risk management. Ability to offer significant guaranteed compensation ($400,000+), sign on bonuses, and equity while transitioning to a partner level profit share compensation plan over time.
