Senior Project Manager Engineering
at our
St Paul, MN
office. This position will assist in leading our growth with coastal/waterfront engineering. You will have the opportunity to see, and contribute in, projects from start to finish. The various projects you'll be working on make a significant and positive impact on the communities you serve.
This possible is Flex Time eligible and hybrid working arrangements are possible.

Responsibilities
The work you will do
Project management and serve as a client liaison including meetings with existing and new clients Project planning, scoping, budgeting and QA/QC Preparing proposals, budgets and working closely to assist in winning new work Managing preparation and review of plans, details, specifications, and bidding documents Review of regulatory permits for projects Complete technical reports for projects Developing clients to help grow the coastal engineering services market Design of coastal and waterfront infrastructure projects Mentoring of younger staff

What you bring
Skills & Knowledge / Education & Experience:
We are looking for someone self-motivated with a desire to be hands on with the ability to be a seller/doer Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required, master's degree preferred 9+ years of experience including coastal and waterfront, client management, and project management required Professional Engineer license required This position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer. We will not provide sponsorship for this position.
Benefits
The salary for this position ranges from $109,863 to $175,780 per year commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.

Quality Insurance Options – Medical, dental and vision coverage for you, your spouse or domestic partner and eligible dependents Paid Time Off – All full-time employees will receive, at minimum, 17 days (that’s 3+ weeks!) of paid time off in the first year alone. Paid Holidays – MSA offers time off pay for 8 holidays in every calendar year. Paid Parental Leave – Both parents will receive 2 weeks of paid time off and birth parents are eligible for additional paid time off under MSA’s Short Term Paid Leave. STIP payments are awarded if MSA reaches its corporate financial plan for the year.
