Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines is recruiting a Dermatology Immunology Field Director for the Northeast (PA, NJ, NY, MA, CT, RI, VT, NH, ME). This role involves leading the Northeast Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team to execute medical affairs activities, drive field results for Tremfya in PsO, and support the launch of Ictrokinra in PsO. The position reports to the National Director, Psoriatic Disease. The responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, training, and managing the regional Dermatology MSL team; strengthening J&J’s footprint in dermatology; ensuring team compliance with plans and directives; conducting team visits and coaching; managing training and development; overseeing field activity and metrics; collaborating with headquarters; supporting special projects; and fostering a positive, innovative work environment. The role requires a proven ability to thrive in complex, ambiguous environments, and effective collaboration within a matrixed organization. Qualifications
Graduate medical/scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, NP, PA, MD, DO) At least 8 years’ experience, including 5 years in healthcare/pharmaceutical/medical device industry Experience as an MSL or Field Medical Manager Previous people management experience, including onboarding and training Immunology experience preferred Willingness to travel approximately 60%, including overnight stays Ability to work from a home office near an airport Availability for national scientific congresses and meetings across the US The base salary range is $160,000 to $280,000.
