They are seeking a Data Systems Analyst, Basic (C-SCRM) to discover opportunities for data acquisition and integration, develop data systems, and recommend best practices in data architecture. Responsibilities: Discover opportunities for data acquisition and systems integration; perform research, design, and development for databases and data processing systems. Develop data systems, architectures, and models. Leverage high-performance computing infrastructures into systems architecture. Recommend best architectures, tools, and technologies to address organizational needs. Examine data from multiple sources to provide new insights. Design and implement custom algorithms, flow processes, and layouts for complex, enterprise-scale data sets used for modeling, data mining, and research.
Qualifications: Required: Relevant work experience in data systems analysis. Must obtain qualifications aligned with DoD Cyber Workforce Framework roles 421 or 422 within 180 days. Must gain qualification for system(s) 'Privileged Access' within 180 days, with certifications such as CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP, in addition to OS/CE Certification/Qualification(s). Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Project Management, Data Analytics/Management, or related fields. Current Secret clearance; ability to obtain and maintain Top-Secret clearance.
Preferred: Knowledge of supply chain management and associated risks. Experience in market research and data analysis. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team.
