The Technical Program Manager / Account Manager role at CapTech is multi-faceted by the very nature of the services we provide to our clients. Success within our diverse range of clients requires the ability to adapt and perform in a wide variety of technology-driven project environments. You will position CapTech for additional opportunities to serve clients by building deep relationships and ensuring exceptional delivery. Specific responsibilities for the Technical Program Manager / Account Manager position may include, but are not limited to: Demonstrated track record of successful ability to manage large and complex consulting engagements. Creative thinking and seeking innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems. Develop and communicate integrated project plans and/or roadmaps to establish, monitor, manage, and report key milestones, risks, and deliverables. Identify and mitigate risks to the project delivery and support the triage and resolution of critical issues that arise throughout the project. Perform hands-on delivery work, including analysis, design, process engineering, and change management, as needed by the project. Accountable for executing significant aspects of the account strategy by owning one or more SOWs and ensuring superior project delivery. Proactively identify and drive new opportunities to serve client needs. Lead and/or execute proposal and SOW efforts and seek opportunities to introduce new or additional CapTech service offerings & capabilities. Develop relationships with key stakeholders by immersing yourself in client culture and community events. Advocate for digital accessibility and inclusive design in all projects and client interactions. Qualifications Specific qualifications for the Senior Program Manager/Account Lead position include: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience. PMP certification preferred. 3+ years of proven account management or relevant experience. 8+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably with full agile development lifecycle experience. Consulting industry experience is a plus. Implement creative thinking and seek innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems. Ability to establish credibility and trust with clients through excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient at managing and leading diverse teams across different locations and organizational boundaries. Demonstrated success in managing large and complex consulting engagements. Ability to assess client needs, identify gaps, and design optimal solutions.
