A law firm seeks an attorney in Anchorage to join and expand its real estate, M&A, business, and transactional practice. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of legal experience and be admitted to the Alaska Bar or eligible to waive in. Duties
Draft and negotiate commercial real estate and business contracts, including leases and purchase agreements. Facilitate and close real estate, M&A, and financing transactions. Handle entity formations and draft operating, shareholder, and partnership agreements. Provide general counsel work for real estate clients. Requirements
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Alaska State Bar or eligibility to waive in. Minimum of four years of legal experience. Education
