Software Engineer

Nlets is a 50-year-old not-for-profit organization with a business model focused on the interstate exchange of criminal justice information for justice and public safety professionals. We have a growing business reaching more customers in both the governmental and private sectors, exchanging over 3 billion messages in 2020. We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Software Engineer who is passionate about making a differencehelping to make America safer, catching criminals, and ensuring law enforcement officers' safety in the US and Canada. The Software Engineer will be responsible for building and supporting web and Windows-based applications using the .NET platform, Microsoft technologies, and other programming tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in analysis, design, programming, testing, training, deployment, and ongoing support. A sound development methodology, understanding of databases, information architecture, and programming languages are essential for success. Applicants must be local to Phoenix, Arizona, as in-office attendance is required. Must Have Skills:
