Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are seeking a Retail Brand Campaign Manager for Wild Fork Foods, reporting onsite to our corporate office in Doral, Florida.
We’re looking for a Retail Brand Campaign Manager to bring our brand to life at every consumer touchpoint — in-store, online, and everywhere in between. This cross-functional role involves brand campaign planning, project management, creative development, and executional coordination, focusing on retail marketing and omnichannel performance. Responsibilities:
The Retail Brand Campaign Manager will be instrumental in building and executing omni-channel campaigns that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
Campaign Planning & Execution (40%)
Partner with the Director of Brand Strategy & Campaign to plan, brief, and execute full-funnel campaigns. Manage the entire campaign lifecycle across key channels. Align cross-functional teams on timelines, deliverables, and objectives. Develop and utilize 30-60-90 day campaign planning tools. Coordinate creation and delivery of brand assets.
Retail & Ecommerce Asset Development (30%)
Lead the development of store signage and in-store marketing assets. Ensure ecommerce assets support campaign goals. Assist with product launches and regional retail promotions.
Project & Process Management (20%)
Coordinate marketing workflows and monitor project status. Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks. Track campaign budgets and monthly accruals. Maintain asset rights tracking and content libraries.
Support campaign analysis and optimization planning. Collaborate with Field Marketing to scale campaigns nationally and locally. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in brand, campaign, or marketing project management. Strong knowledge of omnichannel campaign planning and retail branding. Experience working with creative teams, vendors, and external agencies. Proficiency in managing timelines, budgets, content calendars, and asset workflows. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Understanding of retail environments and store communications. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools. Ability to perform job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness and ability to travel as required for business needs.
