The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission of supporting and empowering entrepreneurs who are driving social change. The CEO will be responsible for the organization's strategic vision, operational management, financial health, and public positioning. Key responsibilities for the CEO include inspiring and leading the team, crafting and executing a strategic plan, and securing the necessary resources and funding to support the organization's programs. The successful candidate will be an effective people leader, culture builder, and coach, with a focus on maintaining a workplace culture of inclusion, collaboration, and growth. They will also be responsible for digital growth and innovation, scaling impact, and ensuring the organization's financial and operational efficiency. The CEO will serve as the primary spokesperson, engaging with the media and championing the importance of inclusive, impact-driven entrepreneurship.
