UTA Systems
Designing, developing, customizing, implementing, and maintaining business applications and enterprise systems based on business requirements for efficient business operations.
Involves working with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration, security, and performance of applications within an enterprise IT environment.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support.
Design, generate, maintain, and analyse Reports to deliver actionable business insights.
Ensure seamless data flow between different business applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new applications and upgrades.
Implement security best practices to protect enterprise applications from vulnerabilities.
Work with cloud-based applications and web services like (SOAP, REST EIB, RaaS, Core Connectors)
Develop integrations between ERP and third-party applications.
Conduct regular system audits and security assessments.
Provide end-user support and resolve technical issues related to applications.
Work closely with business analysts, developers, and IT teams to gather and understand business requirements.
Assist in User Acceptance testing and quality assurance processes before deployment.
Stay updated with the latest trends in enterprise applications and IT solutions.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve business processes.
Qualifications &Experience
Bachelors degree required in business administration, information systems, computer science, engineering or related field. Ability to design, configure, test, administer, deploy, and document new functionalities, business processes, security design, and reporting analytics to support various business processes. Exceptional skills to organize tasks efficiently, analyse complex data to derive meaningful insights, and apply problem-solving techniques to address challenges effectively. Proven experience in (SMEs) to ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analysis of data flows for process improvement. Ability to work with multiple projects and stakeholders. Experience in translating business requirements into system requirements. Must possess strong oral and written communications skills. Ability to work independently and communicate to work productively as part of multiple remote and hybrid teams
