Production Operator

Our client is looking for a Production Operator to join their growing team! In this role, you'll be a key part of the production process, keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring quality every step of the way. Job Title: Production Associate / Operator 1st Shift

Location: Columbus, NE

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Shift and Schedule:

Shift: 1st Shift

Hours: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM

Days: 2-2-3 schedule

OT: May be required

What You'll Do:

As a Production Operator, you'll handle a variety of tasks to keep production moving:

• Operating machines and performing utility functions
• Filling, packing, and packaging products
• Assembling and labeling components
• Inspecting finished goods for quality

What You Bring:

High School Diploma or GED

1 year of experience in warehouse operations

Experience using forklift

Good manufacturing practices

Ability to read, write, and interpret specifications in English

Basic math skills
