Conducting root cause analysis (RCA) on failed processes, such as blocked message flows in TIBCO EMS or Java heap memory errors. Creating knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides for repeated issues to improve future response times. Required Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO suite Knowledge of SQL for data reconciliation and Unix/Linux shell scripting for automation and monitoring tasks. Understanding of SOAP/REST web services. Provide technical guidance to junior staff, maintain internal knowledge bases, and define standard troubleshooting procedures. Lead critical incident conference calls and manage on-call rotations to address high-severity issues during off-business hours.
