Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Colorado Springs, Colorado

Status:

Part-Time; Minimum of 5 visits or 10 hours per week Schedule:

Flexible, with priority needs listed below Immediate & Ongoing Shift Needs

We are urgently seeking a dependable and compassionate CNA for the following

set schedule needs

: Patient #1: Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM

(1-hour visits)

Friday: 8

:00 AM – 9:00 AM

(1-hour visit) Patient #2: Monday & Tuesday: 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM

(2-hour visits each day)

Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM

(2-hour visits each day)

Hourly rates: $20 per hour, depending on availability

As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

Provide personal care to patients with illness, injury, or chronic conditions

Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, toileting, and nutritional needs

Support ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises

Check vitals, monitor intake/output, and track blood glucose

Observe, document, and report changes to the care team

Collaborate with nurses and other home health professionals

A few must-haves for Home Health Certified Nursing Assistants:

High school diploma or equivalent

Active Colorado CNA Certification

CPR Certification (demonstration course required)

Ability to pass background check & drug screen (THC tested)

Compassion, reliability, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs

No COVID vaccination required
