Job Description Job Description Job Title: AI SW Integration Engineer Posting Location: San Diego, California Duration : 6 Months Position Summary: The scope of this role focuses on developing integration and automation solutions to streamline engineering and validation workflows across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will build backend tools and services that automate test generation, improve requirements traceability, and optimize team workflows. Contract Timeline: This position is for 4 months with the possibility of extension for a further 8 months. Key Qualifications: Proficiency developing backend or automation services (Python preferred; Java also valuable) Familiarity with Agentic Development and surrounding technologies such as RAG & MCP Experience integrating tools or databases using REST APIs or webhooks Familiarity with structured document parsing (Word, PDF, XML, JSON, etc.) Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks Understanding of requirements management and validation workflows Bonus Qualifications: Experience with NLP or text-processing automation Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Experience with Containers and Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.) Education and Experience: M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience 3–5 years of experience developing automation or integration tools in production environments TB_EN ZR Company Description Founded in 2002 by three former Monster.com executives; TalentBurst is an award-winning full-service Staffing Firm working directly with Fortune 500 companies in the US and Canada.
