A well-established private practice specializing in orthopedics, neurosurgery, and spine care in Lafayette, LA. is seeking a fellowship-trained Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgeon to join our growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity to build a thriving subspecialty practice with the support of an integrated, multidisciplinary group in one of the Midwest’s most dynamic and livable cities.
Position Highlights:

Compensation: First-year guaranteed salary based on MGMA benchmarks, followed by a direct billing/physician fee model offering exceptional earning potential.

Requirements:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board certified or board eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
Completion of a fellowship in Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgery
Eligible for an unrestricted Louisiana medical license
Strong clinical skills, a team-oriented mindset, and commitment to excellence in patient care
New fellowship graduates and experienced surgeons are encouraged to apply
