Senior Managers serve in an outward-facing, hands‑on, and multi‑faceted role combining project and engagement management, team leadership and material interaction with clients at both tactical and strategic levels.
While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill sets and strengths, the Senior Manager can expect to spend considerable time on client‑facing engagements through all project phases (pursuit to delivery), project management, and intensive data‑analysis to implement impactful recommendations. Additionally, Senior Managers time will revolve around overall practice development, the mentorship of Coachees (when assigned), and general project/organizational administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Lead development and delivery of solutions across an enterprise, manage program level risks and drive program level issue resolution
Ability to manage a project with multiple workstreams or program with multiple projects
Client delivery, serving in multiple client roles (Program Manager, Project Manager, Process & Change Leader)
Managing program-level risks and driving program level issue resolution
Viewed as a trusted advisor for the client, bring detailed expertise in specific business or technology area
Identify new opportunities for business development and actively work to expand current client relationship and staff additional resources at client
Internal participation of strategic marketing, recruiting, sales, and delivery initiatives within the practice

Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are valued
6–10+ years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise‑scale platform implementations
At least 4 years of experience in managing project level engagements (ERP preferred) with multiple workstreams and client stakeholders
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes
High energy and highly collaborative
Experience in project estimation - from a solution, resource needs, and budget perspective
Experience with participating and responding to RFP's and selling and delivering consulting projects
High energy and highly collaborative
Excellent communication skills – oral and written
Proven leadership experience
Background in Consulting Services, particularly in Big 4 is desirable
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Salary & Benefits The estimated base salary for this job is $160,000.00 – $185,000.00. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity,
the total estimated compensation range for this job is $184,000 – $231,250.
The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
