JR-91540**City/State**Chesapeake, VA**Work Shift**First (Days)**Overview:**The Senior Director Home Health is responsible for providing strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for Sentara’s owned home health care agencies across Virginia and North Carolina. This role ensures consistent delivery of high-quality, compassionate, and compliant care to patients in the comfort of their homes.As a key member of the leadership team, the Senior Director oversees multidisciplinary staff—including nurses, therapists, and administrative professionals—ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and organizational objectives.
