Oncology Nurse Navigator - Patient Advocate

A community health organization is seeking an Oncology Nurse Navigator to utilize oncology-specific clinical knowledge in assisting patients and families. This full-time position requires a Baccalaureate degree in nursing and at least one year of recent RN experience, preferably in oncology. Responsibilities include assessing and coordinating patient care, supporting treatment decisions, and advocating for patients.
