Our client is based out of New York City and offers a hybrid schedule, as well as a discretionary bonus.Key Responsibilities* Support accounting and financial reporting for pre-IPO equity and credit funds.* Oversee fund administrator, including financial statements, capital accounts, capital calls, and distributions.* Monitor compliance with fund credit facilities and review distribution waterfalls.* Review IRRs, management fee calculations, and prepare ad hoc analyses.* Assist with audits, tax reporting, and regulatory compliance.* Prepare cash flow and liquidity projections.* Collaborate with Investor Relations and Marketing on LP reporting, RFPs, and inquiries.* Handle ad hoc requests from senior management and portfolio managers.Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, fund accounting, and financial reporting.* 5-8 years of accounting or finance experience; CPA preferred.* Experience with credit products (e.g., loan settlements, trade reconciliations) a plus.* Highly detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.* Proficient in Microsoft Office and email applications.For more information, please apply or reach out to caroline.niro@oliverjames.com directly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
