Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Sr. Technical IT Project Manager with strong expertise in ERP implementations (JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP) to lead global projects for enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will leverage proven project management practices and technical ERP knowledge to deliver cost-effective implementations that meet stakeholder expectations. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end ERP implementations (JDE/Oracle/SAP), including scope definition, impact assessment, scheduling, budgeting, and change management. Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit business and technical requirements and prioritize implementations aligned with IT strategies. Utilize PM tools such as Planview, JIRA, and Confluence for planning and collaboration. Lead cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and cultures in a dynamic environment. Build and execute operational and technical project plans; facilitate gate reviews and escalate issues as needed. Actively manage scope, risks, and changes while ensuring alignment with business priorities. Provide regular status updates to leadership and drive continuous improvement. Resolve project issues and constraints, manage expectations, and maintain stakeholder engagement. Support organizational change management and ensure adoption of new processes and systems. Required Qualifications
Minimum 15 years of IT project management experience, including at least 3 years in ERP implementations (JDE/Oracle/SAP). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. PMP or Prince2 certification. Strong understanding of ERP systems and technical architecture. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, and lifecycle management. Familiarity with integration projects and working in matrixed organizations. Expertise in PM frameworks, estimation guidelines, resource management, and quality audits. Strong presentation skills for communicating project status, risk mitigation, and benefits to senior management. Experience with Planview tools and dashboards. Ability to manage conflict and influence stakeholders effectively.
