Develop restaurant efficiencies for economic-growth, staff morale and guest satisfaction. Manage the employee hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, and terminations. Communicate effectively with the kitchen on new menu roll outs, changes, or any 86ed items. Manage weekly front of house costs and employee payroll budgets. Schedule daily pre-shift meetings with front of house staff. Meet with guests to ensure their expectations have been met. Ideal Candidate:
Candidate must have at least 4-years' prior experience. Candidate must be experienced with computers, including Microsoft Office, and email. Must be a team leader, player and have a positive attitude. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends, and holidays.
