Software Engineer Primary Duties
Participate in technical requirements gathering. Participate in the creation and refinement of user stories. Complete user stories as assigned using the .NET programming language. Work collaboratively with the team reviewing pull requests of other team members. Work on our CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. Contribute to design of new applications and features using best practices. Share your knowledge and learn from others to help build a stronger team. Other related duties as assigned by your manager. Software Engineer Qualifications
5+ years of experience developing software using .NET. With at least 2 years of experience using .NET 6 or a later version. Experience with designing and using relational databases. Postgres SQL preferred. Experience with designing and using a RESTful approach to building APIs. Experience using containerization technologies. Docker preferred. Experience with event driven architecture and working with asynchronous workloads. Experience integrating with external vendor software or building B2B integrations. Experience with developing applications in the Azure environment. Azure certifications a plus but not required. Experience with networking, routing and switching, is a plus. Strong technical and non-technical communication skills, written and verbal. Comfortable speaking to business partners
