Senior Healthcare Data Analyst
for a
hybrid, 6 month contract-to-hire opportunity
with a health information exchange organization in Columbia, Maryland.
Responsibilities of the Healthcare Data Analyst:
Advise, review, and develop business practices for using clinical data
Recommend improvements to data quality and metric tracking for improvement of reports
Perform data analysis in Databricks using SQL to identify factors to be considered in future reports, provides historical trend analytics, and supply requested metrics
Communicate and document findings for data requesters
Qualifications of the Healthcare Data Analyst:
4+ years of experience in health information technology or data management
Familiarity with healthcare quality measures such as NCQA, HEDIS, value-based care, etc
Ability to perform clinical data analysis on a non-audited data source (CCD, ORU or ADT)
Understanding of SQL at an intermediate level
Experience/knowledge with FHIR
Compensation for the Healthcare Data Analyst:
$45-$50/hour pay rate
Flexible hybrid opportunity
Contract-to-hire opportunity
