Sr. Partner Success and Onboarding Manager (Hybrid - Seattle, LA, or Denver) The Sr. Partner Success and Onboarding Manager will lead the seamless onboarding of partners and ensure their continued growth and success. They will develop and implement processes to optimize partner onboarding, manage partner relationships, and drive growth through effective programs. Furthermore, this role will manage our newly formed Business Development Representative team, supporting our senior partner executives.

This role reports to the Vice President, Business Development.

What You'll Do

Oversee and manage the partner onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience

Manage and develop our new BDR process, procedures and team

Hit outbound quarterly objectives and help set bonus targets for reps

Develop and implement processes to drive partner success and foster continued growth

Manage and nurture long‑term relationships with partners, providing ongoing support and guidance

Report on partner metrics and performance, delivering actionable insights for internal teams

Design and execute growth programs that align with strategic goals and drive partner success

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to enhance partner experience and outcomes

Ensure accurate tracking of partner activities and metrics in relevant CRM tools

Use Google Workspace tools to streamline communication and manage partner‑related processes effectively

Will mentor and support the training and development of team members, modeling an inclusive, positive culture of excellence

Who You Are / What You Bring

5+ years of experience in partner account management, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Proven success in partner onboarding and relationship management

Expertise in Salesforce and/or other relevant CRM tools for tracking partner metrics and managing relationships

Strong proficiency with Google Workspace tools

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills

Expertise in business development and managing strategic partnerships, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and effectively engage individuals at all levels and disciplines within the organization

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement growth programs for partners

Analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision‑making

Ability to travel as needed

Ability to work across time zones as part of a global organization as needed

Reliable transportation to the workplace

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Locations This is a hybrid position (1 day/week in office) and can be based from any of our US office hubs.

Salary Range The U.S. base salary range for this full‑time position is $90,000 - $116,000 (flexibility based on experience) plus benefits as described below. In addition, the successful candidate will be eligible to receive other compensation from time to time in the form of discretionary and/or nondiscretionary bonuses and long‑term incentive plan. Actual compensation will be influenced by a candidate’s qualifications, internal employee equity considerations, and location. We will not ask for information about a candidate’s current or past compensation for purposes of developing an offer of employment.

US team members (and their spouses, domestic partners, and/or dependent children) are covered by generously subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance which includes company contributions to a Health Savings Accounts. Team members are also covered by company‑paid life and disability insurance and have the option of participating in employee‑paid supplemental life, accidental death and dismemberment, critical illness, and accident insurance. In addition, team members can enroll in the company’s 401(k) plan with up to a 5% match. You receive 15 days of paid vacation yearly, increasing to 20 days after one year. Additionally, you get 5 days of paid sick leave, 13 paid holidays, and 20 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents, 12 weeks for others. Also, there is an opportunity for tuition reimbursement for qualifying expenses.
