Your primary focus will be on streamlining processes and supporting administrative functions that ensure seamless execution across systems, from Salesforce and SAP through to finance approvals. In this role you will focus on complex software product sales and renewals.You will report to the Global Service Operations Manager and work a hybrid schedule from our local office(2 days in office, 3 days remote).
**Responsibilities:**• Support end-to-end administrative workflows to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Maintain and improve operational process documentation.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Salesforce, SAP, and other internal systems.
• Support data integrity initiatives within sales systems.
• Collaborate closely with sales, leadership and finance teams to facilitate approvals and ensure alignment.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Provide operational support that enables the sales team to focus on strategic priorities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives.**Qualifications:**• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience.• 5+ years' experience in sales operations.
**Skills:**
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Project Coordination: Experience in coordinating small-scale projects.
• CRM Systems: Basic familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems.
• Financial Systems:
Basic familiarity with SAP or similar financial systems and strong mathematical skills. Hands on experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Problem-Solving: Capability to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Process Improvement: Interest in identifying and suggesting process enhancements.
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn and utilize sales tools and systems.
