FOX Entertainment is seeking a skilled and curious Data Scientist (Temp) to join our Data Science and Analytics team, where advanced analytics, AI, and creativity converge to power smarter marketing decisions. In this role, you’ll apply your technical expertise to develop and refine Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and predictive frameworks that measure marketing effectiveness across channels, optimize campaign performance, and drive strategic planning. Collaborating with senior data scientists and marketing stakeholders, you’ll turn complex data into actionable insights that shape FOX’s marketing strategies and fuel audience growth across our entertainment portfolio. A Snapshot of Your Responsibilities Support the development and maintenance of marketing mix models (MMM) to evaluate marketing effectiveness across channels Build predictive models and assist with simulations to inform marketing strategies and budget recommendations Contribute to experimentation efforts, including A/B test design, implementation, and analysis Analyze marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization Present findings and insights to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats What You Will Need
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics) 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or statistical modeling Experience working with SQL and data visualization tools Proficiency in Python, R, and experience with data analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn) Strong foundation in statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences Familiarity with experimental design and A/B testing concepts Nice to Have but Not a Dealbreaker
