We're seeking a Medical and Primary Care Optometrist who is passionate about providing top-quality patient care and ready to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive primary eye care in modern offices with outstanding optical dispensaries.
Diagnose, manage, and co‑manage chronic and surgical eye conditions, partnering with fellowship‑trained specialists in glaucoma, retina, refractive, and advanced anterior segment.
Work a balanced schedule: Tuesday‑Friday (8am-5pm) and Saturday (9am-3pm) - leaving your Mondays free for recreation or relaxation!

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $175,000-$250,000 (CA Senate Bill 1162 pay range)
Proven total income: $200K+ annually with productivity bonuses (optical + medical)
$25,000 signing/relocation bonus
