Quadax, an award-winning leader in healthcare revenue cycle technology, is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager of Integration to join our growing product management team. This role will focus on developing and expanding our API library to support integration solutions for our clients. The Senior Product Manager will play a key role in driving the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of API products, ensuring they meet the unique needs of our clients and partners. This role will work closely with other product managers, product owners, architects and developers in an Agile software development environment.
Local candidates will get first consideration. If local to Northeast Ohio, schedule is 4 days per week onsite after 3 initial months all in-office.
If needed, Quadax can hire remote employees in: PA, MI, IN, KY, WV, WI, AL, TN, GA, FL, TX, MO, SD, SC, NE, NC, and OH if outside commutable distance as determined by the company.
Responsibilities
Own Quadax’s API and Integration strategy enabling it to support revenue growth
Create productized, reusable integration methods per prioritized backlog
Define success criteria for your product area, ensure alignment across your various stakeholder groups
Manage technical relationship with partners
Work closely with cross functional product development team, clients and other subject matter experts to design superior features to solve for client pain points
Manage technical projects from end-to-end, including both standardized and custom integrations
Manage feature prioritization, definition, assignment, and execution as it relates to the integrations objectives of our clients and company
Facilitate partnerships with client partners and other synergistic vendors
Help to mature existing and develop new standardized processes around Quadax’s technical implementations
As new products mature, execute effective change management strategies to ensure proper adoption across all stakeholder groups
Qualifications
7+ years’ experience in Product Management with a focus on integrations, APIs, or enterprise software solutions.
Proven ability to manage complex integration projects and lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful API products.
Deep understanding of healthcare data exchange requirements (HL7, FHIR, etc.).
Demonstrated success in managing and growing API libraries in a SaaS environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
Travel to client sites as required ( Comfortable speaking in public to small and large groups
Strong attention to detail
Ability to set and follow priorities and effective time management
Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
Qualifications Education Preferred Bachelors or better.
