The company’s end-to-end platform uses advanced AI to automate expert interviews and streamline insight delivery, helping clients in private equity, Fortune 500 companies, and the life sciences industry move faster and smarter.
Key Responsibilities
Program quantitative surveys across multiple methodologies (ad hoc, tracking, U&A, concept testing, etc.)
Build complex logic including skip patterns, piping, quotas, randomization, and conjoint/maxdiff
Test surveys thoroughly to ensure accuracy, usability, and data quality
Troubleshoot programming issues and implement revisions quickly
Prepare survey links, test data, and final datasets for analysis
Collaborate closely with researchers, project managers, and operations teams
What makes you qualified
Experience programming surveys using platforms
Strong understanding of survey logic, data structures, and respondent flow
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with data exports, tab specs, and QA processes
Market research agency or custom research experience preferred
