We are seeking a data-driven professional to lead Pledge Operations reporting and operations procedures, build scalable data strategy, and drive process automation end-to-end. This role owns the reporting roadmap for pledge, ensuring data quality, compliance, and timely operational insights for stakeholders across Business Operations.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to work in pledge-related operations.
Key Responsibilities Reporting & Analytics
Design and maintain
enterprise-grade reports and dashboards
for pledge lifecycle.
Work on
reporting procedures and maintain SLAs
and cadences (daily/weekly/monthly)
Deliver deep-dive analyses on
reconciliation, and root-cause
for pledge discrepancies.
Data Strategy
Work with stakeholders to help define the
data strategy
for pledge operations—data sources, integrations, lineage, schema design.
Maintain
data dictionaries
and documentation for pledge metrics and logic.
Automation
Identify and work on automation opportunities across
intake, validation, reconciliation, settlement/fulfillment, and reporting .
Operations Procedures
Own and continuously improve
SOPs
for pledge processing.
Run
operational reviews
and
controls testing —reconciliations, dual validation, maker–checker processes.
Work on manual processes and procedures to maintain Pledge operations.
Stakeholder Management
Translate complex data concepts into
clear, actionable insights
for leadership.
Work with
Product/Engineering
on changes affecting pledge schema, events, or integrations.
Partner with
Risk/Compliance
to ensure procedures align with regulatory requirements and audit standards.
Required Qualifications:
5–8 years
in Operations Analytics, Reporting, Data Engineering/BI, or Process Automation—preferably in Financial and Banking Organizations
Strong
SQL
experience.
Hands‑on with
Power
BI .
Highly Skilled in analyzing data.
Excellent communication—able to convert technical findings into
business narratives
and executive‑ready reporting.
Proven track record driving
process improvements
and
automation outcomes
with measurable impact.
