Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for a
CLEARED Network Engineer
to join government consulting company supporting a fully funded project for the Coast Guard. This offers
GREAT remote flexibility
out of Alexandria, VA but does need someone local for occasional onsite meetings.
Essential Duties
Design and Deploy Cisco SD-WAN Solutions: Plan, design, and implement Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN architectures.
Hardware Configuration and Upgrades: Configure and optimize Cisco networking equipment.
Security and Compliance: Implement end-to-end encryption, firewall policies, and network segmentation aligned with DoD security standards, supporting ATO documentation and compliance processes.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in network administration or network engineering.
Experience with Cisco networking – routing, switching, and networking protocols.
Experience with SD-WAN solutions is highly preferred.
Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance.
IAT Level II certification (such as Security+).
Compensation
$100,000 – $160,000 (based on experience)
