Job Description SAP Hybris Front End Developer

We are hiring SAP Commerce Cloud Spartacus Developers to work on modern responsive SPAs based on Angular. Your primary focus will be to implement enterprise e‑commerce SPA applications based on SAP Commerce Cloud. Web application development will target responsive mobile, tablet and desktop viewports.

Responsibilities & Requirements

In-depth knowledge of web standards, cross-browser compatible HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

Design, code and maintain high performance, scalable VanillaJS code

Experience with CSS compilers, Less and/or Sass

Experience in coding pixel accurate user interfaces

Experience in debugging tools like Chrome DevTools and Firebug

Experience in developing pages optimized for performance, using tools like Lighthouse

Familiar with design tools like Zeplin or Figma

SAP Commerce Storefront experience is a plus

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Angular CLI 8.0.0 or later, Node 10 or later, Yarn 1.15 or later

Knowledge or experience in RxJS / NgRx

Demonstrated experience in delivering enterprise-level solutions (one or more projects delivered)

Experience with SAP Spartacus is a plus but not required

Experience in cloud technologies and consuming RESTful APIs, Web Services

Experience negotiating REST API details with a back-end developer is a plus

Knowledge of Swagger or Open API is a plus

Experience in Agile project methodology and delivery, and delivery management tools from Atlassian like Confluence, JIRA, Git/Bitbucket

Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $65,200 - $158,550

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
