About East Valley Pet Hospital Spacious, modern facility with an open floor plan and advanced equipment including digital x‑ray & digital dental x‑ray, Storz endoscopy, Oncura ultrasound, K‑laser therapy, a full Idexx in‑house lab, and a complete surgical suite. Loyal and diverse clientele offering a wide variety of cases.
What We Offer
Base salary of $180,000 – $200,000 depending on experience

Your Role as Medical Director
Provide medical leadership and ensure top‑tier patient care
Mentor and support veterinary and technical teams
Oversee medical protocols and continuous quality improvement
Collaborate with practice management to drive growth and efficiency
Foster a culture of compassion, respect, and professional development
Stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine and technology
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
Active California veterinary license in good standing
5+ years clinical experience, including 2+ in a leadership role
Strong medical, surgical, and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Dedication to staff mentorship and team building
