Guests will enjoy over 4,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, vibrant public areas, an outdoor pool, and a state-of-the-art EVEN athletic studio. Dining options include the EVEN Kitchen & Bar and The Staybridge Suites Social, offering fresh, nutritious meals and complimentary happy hour events. Located adjacent to Universals upcoming Epic Universe theme park, the hotel also offers convenient access to Orlandos world-renowned attractions, entertainment venues, dining, and retail destinations. Role Purpose As Sales Director, you will develop and implement revenue, sales, and marketing strategies for the hotel to ensure goals are met. You will regularly sell hotel rooms, meeting rooms, and food and beverage services through direct client contacts. Key Accountabilities People Manage daily activities, plan and assign work ensuring appropriate staffing levels. Develop your team through coaching, feedback, and creating performance and development goals. Recognize good performance. Train colleagues to ensure they deliver quality service in compliance with standards and have the necessary tools. Recommend or initiate HR-related actions when needed. Create a positive working environment, fostering collaboration across departments. Achieve personal and team sales goals and maximize profitability. Meet budgeted revenues and sales targets; participate in preparing the departmental budget, marketing plan, and business plan. Develop and execute sales plans to increase occupancy, average rates, and sales volume in food, beverage, and banquets. Produce monthly sales reports and forecasts, analyze market trends, and monitor performance to meet or exceed revenue goals. Guest Experience Assist guests with requests or complaints, ensuring a positive experience. Provide guests with information on loyalty programs, attractions, dining, and hotel facilities. Build relationships with key clients to generate group and convention business, including room, food & beverage, and banquet sales. Coordinate with hotel departments to facilitate services for conventions and group activities. Responsible Business Enhance the hotel and brand reputation locally. Identify opportunities to improve marketing and sales performance, collaborating with other departments. Perform ad-hoc duties as needed. Accountability This is a senior sales and marketing role in a full or limited-service hotel, potentially managing a team of sales professionals. Key Skills & Experiences Bachelors degree or higher in marketing or related field. Two to four years of hospitality sales and marketing experience, with supervisory experience preferred. Fluency in the local language. Salary Range:
